The prices are simply EXORBENT. In Germany and France, where electricity is more expensive, hosting is MUCH cheaper and better quality. For two years, I've been using German contabo hosting for 5 euros, which costs 50 here, and haven't received a single message from uptrends. But here, it's constantly: either I can't ping from Milan, or from somewhere else. When there was a fire in Astana and the fire department knocked out power to the entire block, the hosting company shut down the server for half a day and simply said, "Sorry." "Sorry," it's fine. Actually, you'd expect at least a year's free subscription for that. And yet, I only find out about the server's unavailability from the staff. Their website is silent, everything is fine. Basically, there's only one conclusion: get domains outside the KZ zone and host in Germany until ours recover.
