I am very disappointed with this hosting/domain provider’s service. I purchased a domain yesterday and completed the instant online payment, but until now the domain has not been registered or delivered to my account. What is even more frustrating is that the domain name is still available for purchase on other domain providers, which clearly shows that they did not register it at all after taking my money. I tried to contact their technical support multiple times, but I received no response—no email reply, no ticket update, nothing. This shows a lack of professionalism and responsibility. I strongly do not recommend this provider. If you value your time and money, please choose a more reliable domain/hosting company.
