Hopscotch (Gillman Barracks)

Nice decent restaurant. Quite a lot of choices for its set lunch. Considering the options available, and for the price. It was quite value for money. You could also pay a bit extra, if you wanted something more. Service was good. The food was not bad. Not forgetting, the bread, which was great. Especially with the olive oil and bread. Would definitely drop by again soon!

Loved everything about this place! The service and food were excellent – genuinely top-notch. We also caught their happy hour deal before 8pm, which is super attractive. Made the whole evening even better. One pleasant surprise: we parked on a Tuesday night and when we left, the carpark was free! No idea why, but definitely not complaining. Will be back for sure. Highly recommend!

Great ambience and yummy food!! We particularly enjoyed the black garlic ribeye steak with bone marrow butter and lobster bisque. Oysters were plump and fresh too! Will definitely come back again to try others~

Repeat visit. Love the ambience and vibe here. Food is very good with vegetarian options, bites and full meals. Service staff is pleasant and responsive. They have beers on tap as well as good cocktails. Do note that majority of the seating is outdoor with shelter and fans

Came here to try and realised it has a lot of interesting cocktails that are not normal. Like the warm bak kut teh cocktail that tasted like BKT with whiskey. Some of the food is also kind of fusion of local and western food. So there’s the chilli lobster pasta which is a bit too sweet rather than spicy. I had the wagyu burger which was good except that the patty was a tad too dry. Overall it’s a great place for those who love cocktails and like trying some local flavored types.
