Bought a Midea fridge from Hong Liang from Shopee as Monster923. Price was reasonable. Although the shipment was delayed, the owner offered a small gift for my inconvenience. There was a small crack in the drawer in the fridge and owner helped to contact Midea to resolve.

Very excellent service. Yesterday my dryer breakdown suddenly so I've called them to recommend me a reliable model by right my delivery schedule supposed to be on Friday but as I'm going oversea during that day so requested any possibility to deliver to me one day before? To my surprise Mr. James say he will help me specially and I received it today promptly around 11.30am. Thank you so much for your kind understanding and efficient service!

Please avoid this shop and Creative Chapter My Renovation Contractor Creative Chapter Pte Ltd Mr Danny Soh used their aircon installer for my home. Aircon kept dripping from day 1... almost every unit have issues. Issues persisted for more than 1 year. I believed their installer Mr Lim even damaged my condo's main water stack by drilling into it. Cost more than $10k and my Renovation Contractor Creative Chapter (Danny Soh) ran away. Damaged my neighbor's unit through the water leak. The installer can't even ensure that aircon piping have the natural slope. Hence, it always leak until issue was discovered by another aircon installer. Insulation for aircon not properly done. Sweating inside concealed trunking. Mold growing. I've lost count of the number of followup and remediation. Even so issues still remain. External aircon power supply used to be next to window was shifted to a place that you have to climb out of the window to access. 🤦‍♂️ Anything that can go wrong has gone wrong. Hong Liang is aloof and does not respond to the issues also. Be warned. Cheap upfront.. but total cost is anything but cheap

If can I won't give any star cos they wasted my precious time when I could visit my mum at hospital. I rushed to settle the stove and cooker hood. He told me they can immediately come on the spot to fix about an hour so he asked me to go walk around and go home. I waited more than hour before calling. The technician who was a very old uncle said he was at Thomson and needed another hour. I called the guy who promised me the delivery can be done in about an hour and he claims to be Freddie. But reading all the reviews here. I didn't see this name. It could be a make up name. But jus so u guys go to the shop. He is Chinese, in his late 50s to ,60s and about 1.75cm. He told me the technician wil come soon I said no he said he went to Thomson and needs another hour. He asked me why he go Thomson. I said woah am I the boss of Ur shop to know. So I told him I am supposed to visit my sick mum at hospital but U asked me to walk abit and go home. I told him I don't want anytin from him and I want a refund. I asked if his shop open the next day I wil go and get the refund he was very hesitant in agreeing. He even asked oh cooker hood also? I told him in mandarin I don't wan anytin from u. (I'm not Chinese btw) Then he got pissed and said ok U come today I refund. It was 630 and he closes at 7. Thank god I live very near if I take taxi. About 5 mins I reached. He asked me WA so fast U reach ah. I said I got no time to talk to U. I said stop talking and give my refund. He said AIYO... I said mai aiyo hurry up my mum is sick. Then he dilly dally put the receipt slowly. And reluctant to take the cash out. Then I said to my friend eh jus now the car driver very irritating ah drive so slow when we are rushing for time then he quickly took out the money and passed to me. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTIN FROM HIM. AFTER I HAD BAD EXPERIENCE I WENT TO READ THE REVIEWS AND I REGRETTED NOT READING BEFORE GOING. TINKIN THEY ARE BETTER THAN OTHER WELL KNOWN SHOPS NOT JUST FOR THE PRICE BUT FOR THE WORKMANSHIP BUT THEY DISAPPOINTED ME. MY MUM USED TO GO TO ANOTHER SHOP BESIDE FOR MANY YEARS BUT THEY WERE CLOSED. SO I HAD NO CHOICE. IN THE END I WENT TO BEST DENKI FOR A CHEAPER PRICE BEST DENKI 148+35 HLE 160+50 LOL AND HIS COOKER HOOD ONLY 250 FOR MAYER. YA RITE. 250. THE CHEAPEST AT BEST DENKI ALSO 298 AND ITS 60CM AND TECNO. MAY KARMA HIT HIM BACK BADLY FOR DESTROYING SO MANY PPL'S TIME ENERGY AND PATIENCE. I HOPE THEY CLOSE DOWN AND OPEN SOME BEANCURD SHOP WHICH IS MY FAV. AND ALSO ALOT OF SENIOR CITIZENS THERE WHO WILL LOVE IT. 😂😂
