After contacting a few different companies (from which I either received no response at all or only the information that they weren't currently accepting any new orders), my experience with Homepage Helden was very positive. I received an immediate response and a phone appointment with Nico Tjarks. He took a tremendous amount of time to answer my questions and provide me with competent advice. Therefore, the decision to choose Homepage Helden was easy. Another plus for me was that the company is located right in downtown Hamburg, giving me a local contact. I had already brought my own design, which fortunately they were able to adopt and implement completely satisfactorily. Of course, I had to write back and forth a few times to get it exactly as I envisioned, but even this was always implemented in a friendly and quick manner. I've been a customer of Homepage Helden since around 2019 and am constantly tweaking and refining the website to ensure a strong, radiant online presence. The support team always takes care of small changes, as I usually don't have the time to take care of them myself. Overall, I receive competent, honest advice and support for both small and large projects. Implementation is always prompt. In conclusion: I'm very satisfied and would happily hire the heroes again. I feel in good hands here. :)
