Baskar (Lead) and Jaman from HomeOne were incredibly meticulous in planning and executing our heater replacement and setup enhancement. Their work included installing an extended drainpipe, upgrading the switchboard, and implementing various safety features. Baskar was a pleasure to work with—he never pressured us, instead providing options. As a perfectionist, it is rare to find someone who meets my expectations in today’s fast-paced world, but Baskar did. A great example of this is the perfect curvature of the drain piping leading to the best available exit. Furthermore, the hidden piping and wiring layout above the false ceiling were executed with exceptional care (see attached pictures). I also want to highlight Mr. Eng (Officer), who was highly effective with scheduling and coordination, and Harpreet, who was quiet, efficient, and impressed me with his accurate fitting of the complex ceiling board. This is an outstanding team that delivers high-quality service.

Hasan and Jazmul did a thorough job replacing the water heater. They patiently explained the available options and recommendations before proceeding, which gave me confidence in the decision-making process. Their professionalism and clear communication were greatly appreciated. Tamal was meticulous in handling the ceiling work and light replacements. He completed the job efficiently without compromising on quality and was always responsive to my queries. Overall, a smooth and positive experience with the team. Highly recommended!

My Ariston water heater broke down on a Sunday, reached out to Homeone and Arun responded to us very promptly even though it’s a Sunday. He helped diagnosed the issue on whatsapp and we were advised to replace current water heater. We were given a quote very promptly and installation was arranged on Tue afternoon. Sharif was the installer and he was very meticulous with his work. He spent more than 4 hours on-site and explained to us what he has done. He also tested and recorded everything before he leaves. Excellent service from both the customer service and onsite team! No wonder they have such great reviews!
