I enquired on 31 May, and they proactively offered an installation date as early as 4 June. Since I was busy, they flexibly rescheduled it to 8 June instead.Aminul was exceptionally punctual, arriving early at 9:25 AM for the 9:30 AM slot. Before starting, he consulted me on my preference for the piping route, executing it perfectly to match the neat examples I was previously shown. He completed the full installation of my Rheem Xwell Cube Classic Plus 30L heater and thoroughly cleared up, leaving at 1:35 PM (well ahead of the 2:00 PM scheduled end). He even helped dispose of my old water heater at no extra hassle.To top off the excellent service, full payment was only required after the entire job was completed to my absolute satisfaction. I was impressed with the professionalism and ease of communication with Homeone via WhatsApp. Mr Eng was very prompt with his replies and very helpful in providing information based on my needs. He could get me a technician to replace my faulty storage water heater the next day. On the day of the installation, technician Hasan carried out the storage water heater replacement with professionalism and precision. He was friendly and explained to me clearly how he was going to install it. Whenever he needs to stop the water and electricity supply to handle the installation, he was very polite and stated the amount of time needed for the disruption. The whole installation took around 4 hours and I gave him unlimited supply of Coca-Cola to keep him cool and hydrated. The price for their storage water heater was on of the cheapest in the market although the price for installation is not the cheapest in the market but I’m certain that it was well worth the money based on the fact that their technicians are PUB certified handyman and on the experience I had with their technicians, Hasan.
