Great customer service and efficient sales support and shipping.. have been struggling to get the UH ring in gold everyone (online and in shops) then i stumbled upon their Shopee shop which showed 1 item in stock so I jus ordered then contacted them to make sure shopee was posting the correct inventory. To my dismay - it was not updated so they responded to my whatsapp that they had to cancel my order because the item currently was out of stock (bionic gold size 7) 2 days later they messaged me over whatsapp to say that stocks are arriving and communication was really efficient. They have invoiced me to make prepayment and should reach out once the stock arrived.. 5days later they updated me that stocks are arriving the next day and was informed that they will ship it as soon as they have it on hand So today, exactly a week after the initial contact - i am happy o have received my first smart ring! Never been so excited and happy! Really awesome team and i look forward to getting other stuffs from this shop in the future and sure will recommend them to friends.. Just love how this gold smart ring looks so sophisticated... 💯❤️
Amazing service! Seller is very responsive and answered all my questions. Bought 5 ceiling fans. Ordered at noon and expected, at the earliest, next day delivery. Instead, they delivered my order that same day. I'm also very happy with the quality and price of my purchased items. The great service is icing on the cake.
