Staff was very knowledgeable and quickly helped me find what I was looking for. I was shocked and very happy to see that the prices were similar to buying online.

There are some issues with the attitude of some of the staff. They were constantly chatting at the register, making it difficult to go in. I think it would be better to refrain from chatting a little when there are customers. When I handed over a coupon that could be used at this store, I was told "it can't be used," but after checking with other staff I found out that it could be used. There were no other customers in line and it didn't seem like the store was busy, so I think a simple "I'll check" would have been nice.

I was surprised to see so many Nijisanji goods, it felt like an official shop! The acrylic stands, badges, and clear files were all neatly organized by member, making them easy to browse! As for the CDs, this is just my personal opinion, but for a specialty store, the selection seemed a bit biased!

It's a shame that they don't have a wide selection of CDs in stock, even though other major stores in the same industry are closing down one after another. Since it's a shopping mall, I'm sure they're only going to stock a limited number of items regardless of genre, but even if I think, "I want this," I wouldn't buy it here. As others have said, if it's something you can buy online, it's probably safer to do so. There aren't any particular genres or CDs that are only available here, and the staff don't seem to have much knowledge either. I'm left wondering why Tower Records closed down.

The wide selection makes you want to go there every time!
