Right, I am not your customer but I still can comment of what you did. 1st, used other company products as your own. so you are a liar. 2nd, you received half of the payment but no any delivery. so you are a crook 3rd, your team only work 2 days a week, even told you very clear expectation, you can't understand well and you can't delivery the requirements to your developer. so you are unqualify. 4th, very unprofessional communication which is no communication. obviously you are not processional. Hopefully you used the money well which you are not deserved it to become more professional. Also hope you will become a real marketing company one day after you treat every customer well. And please remember customer's eyes are bright enough to identify which comments are truth.
