Had a leak from the master shower upstairs. Company came out, opened up the ceiling, cleaned everything up. Called Hips. Scheduled immediately. Carlos came out the next morning. He took a look, told me what the cause was and gave two options for repair along with estimates. I chose the permanent fix. Carlos took care of it right then. He replaced the gasket and lengthened the pipe to the pea trap (which was not long enough when built causing a slow drip over the years). Carlos was amazing, professional, personable, knowledgeable. He explained everything from start to finish, doubled checked to make sure the problem was corrected. I couldn't be happier. The whole process with Hips was painless and very quick. Price was excellent and the quality of work was near perfection. Carlos wasn't "a plumber" fixing my leak. He was more like your brother, who's a plumber, coming by and fixing your problem. If you find yourself need a great company with incredible customer service and interaction, a company that cares about their work, image and clients. I highly recommend Hips!!!! You won't regret it. Got an alert from the Las Vegas Water District that I had a potential leak and I realized a toilet I had been neglecting needed some attention. Saw recommendations for Hips and decided to give them a call. I was able to schedule an appointment sooner than later and while that problem was taken care of I even got our water heater flushed and inspected. The technician was polite and knowledgeable with no high pressure pitches. Pricing seemed fair for the service proivided and best of all this is a family run business. With so much private equity in the plumbing world it's good to find and support true local businesses.
