Came here for the Amex dining experience, but the overall visit fell short of expectations. From the start, the menu explanation was unclear. Unlike most places we’ve tried under the Amex programme, this was a full sharing set rather than individual courses, and this wasn’t communicated properly, which made the experience somewhat confusing. We wanted to add on the sourdough, and at most upscale dining spots this would typically come with butter or olive oil. However, the server mentioned there was no butter available in the kitchen and didn’t offer to check or suggest an alternative, which came across as rather dismissive. As for the food, the squid was fresh and enjoyable. We also added the seafood stew, though it leaned slightly too fishy for my liking. The mocktails were a highlight - well-balanced and tasty. We were also told that we could head up to the Level 63 rooftop bar. However, when we attempted to do so, we were informed by another staff that it was closed due to the weather. This inconsistency suggested a lack of communication within the team. Overall, the experience felt more like a vibe-driven dining spot rather than a traditional fine dining one. The food was fairly average, and if not for the Amex experience, it’s not somewhere we would rush back to.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at HighHouse and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere, views, and overall ambience made the evening feel truly special. The overall quality of the food and the level of service were both impressive throughout the evening. ​The absolute standout dish was the octopus—incredibly tender and perfectly complemented by the crunch of the pecans. It’s a must-order if you visit. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is unbeatable with fantastic, panoramic views of Marina Bay Sands and the city skyline. ​Highly recommended for a special occasion or a nice night out!

Located on the 62nd floor of HighHouse at One Raffles Place, this spot definitely delivers on both views and food. We managed to secure a window table — you can choose between facing the Padang or Marina Bay, both equally stunning, especially for sunset or night views. Every dish we tried was impressive. There was also a special collaboration menu with Chef Sun Kim, and the lobster Gyeranjjim was a delightful twist — comforting, flavourful, and beautifully executed. The standout dish for us was definitely the honey-soy Brussels sprouts — unexpectedly addictive and packed with flavour. Dessert was a pleasant surprise too: the churros were really good, paired with unique sauces like chocolate chilli and Himalayan peanut butter that made it extra memorable. Great views, good food, and a lovely ambience — ideal for date nights or special occasions. Will definitely be back!
