We built our house with this company in 2024. From the first day we met, we were drawn to the personality of our representative! Both our representative and the architect were women, and they offered suggestions for the floor plan from a housewife's perspective. We've truly appreciated how comfortable and functional our home is now. They understood our preferences regarding both design and performance, and we had thorough discussions until we were completely satisfied. We're extremely happy with the finished home! Even in colder months, despite the open-plan design, one air conditioner is enough to keep it warm and cozy. On sunny days, we don't even need the air conditioner during the day; it's very comfortable. Because we have young children, they even came to our home for meetings. We were completely new to home building and didn't know much, but this construction company was incredibly supportive of the homeowner, and we're so glad we chose them.

We are currently in discussions. This construction company is highly recommended for those who want to focus on both performance and design. I feel that they build homes that truly meet the client's wishes. Attending one of their open house events would make this very clear. They create a comfortable environment and atmosphere, making it easy to discuss things even with small children present. I always feel very at ease during our meetings. Furthermore, I appreciate that they are easy to ask questions about, even minor ones, and respond quickly.
