I want to thank them very much; they immediately took care of my computer case the day I brought it in. They delivered it that same day. The parts weren't good quality; I had bought them online and didn't have any knowledge of the process. They kindly reassembled my case and made it definitely better than before. It was a lot of work, and we spent a little money, but it was worth it. I highly recommend them.

Their service is excellent! They can find the problem with my laptop in just 10 seconds. At first, I even thought they were lying because after a quick check, they said, "This laptop can't run Windows 11. We'll install Windows 10 and back up everything." I didn't trust them much, thinking that if that were the problem, it would have happened much earlier, but they were right. My laptop worked after installing Windows 10. However, because of the backup issue, most programs didn't work. Only two worked, but thankfully I didn't clean my downloads folder, so I can restore most of them. I also experienced an FPS increase.
