Just launched the Zippy Dynamics website, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Working with HFB Technologies was a genuinely smooth process from start to finish, no hiccups, no headaches. Everyone on their team has been responsive and knowledgeable, and the customer service was top-notch. Honestly, when someone asks me what they could've done better, I have nothing. It was great. If you're looking for a web development team that actually delivers, I'd highly recommend giving them a call.

This company is awful had a very disappointing experience working with HFB Technologies and would not recommend their services to anyone looking for professional website development or SEO work. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent, but things became especially frustrating once the project was underway. The level of workmanship on the website fell far below what was promised. Basic elements that should be standard in any professionally built site—such as proper layout structure, functionality, and attention to detail—were either incomplete or poorly executed. The site did not feel polished or ready for business use, and it required significant corrections. The SEO services were equally underwhelming. Despite being sold on optimization and visibility improvements, there was little to no evidence of meaningful SEO work being performed. Key components such as keyword targeting, on-page optimization, and technical setup appeared to be missing or improperly implemented. There was no clear strategy, no measurable progress, and no transparency in reporting. For a service that is supposed to improve online presence, the lack of results and accountability was extremely concerning. One of the biggest challenges was working with Brandy, who was assigned as the case manager. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating. Communication often felt dismissive, and concerns were not handled with the level of professionalism or urgency you would expect. Questions about progress or quality were either answered vaguely or not addressed in a helpful way. Instead of feeling supported as a client, it felt like I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic clarity. Customer service overall was a major issue. When investing in a business service like website development and SEO, you expect clear communication, follow-through, and accountability. That was not my experience here. Deadlines were unclear or missed, expectations were not managed properly, and there was very little effort made to ensure satisfaction with the final product. Ultimately, I was left with work that did not meet professional standards and required additional time and expense to fix elsewhere. That alone says everything. If you are considering HFB Technologies, I would strongly encourage you to carefully review exactly what is included, get everything in writing, and make sure expectations are clearly defined upfront. Based on my experience, the quality of work, level of service, and overall execution did not match what was presented at the start.
