Erin at Hemlock Strategy and Design is truly exceptional. She built my current website, and I genuinely love everything about it. From the very beginning, Erin immediately understood the feel and direction of my business. She listened carefully to my requests, honored my vision, and then elevated it in ways I didn’t even know I needed. She’s always thinking ahead, anticipating future needs and building with growth in mind. Erin is beyond professional, incredibly talented, and so good at what she does. I couldn’t recommend her more.

I love working with Erin at Hemlock!! I was in dire need of a website update after 3 years in business and I was long overdue to have an expert manage my website month to month. I had met with a few different website experts and no one was the right fit. The moment I met Erin, I knew she'd be a good fit. Erin at Hemlock Strategy + Design was incredible to work with and instrumental in helping us get our new website designed and completed in a timely and professional manner. Not going to lie but we were dreading doing this project (out of our comfort zone) but knew we needed a new and updated website and Erin was so patient, helpful, creative and incorporated everything we wanted to capture and portray...thank you!!! She also did our website project in stages which was wonderful...easy to work on and not feeling overwhelmed in the process. If you can relate, you need to schedule a meeting with Erin because it's definitely worth a conversation and her passion is contagious.

We've worked with Hemlock Strategy & Design for over two years and have been so happy with the design of our website as well as hosting and maintenance services. Erin includes a 1-hour monthly service to make changes and tweaks to our site. Additionally, Erin meets with us quarterly to discuss trends and how best to direct traffic to our site. These services are invaluable and so helpful for our busy growing practice! We are so thankful for Erin and her ability to help us share our vision with Northeast Ohio.
