I contacted Simon to see if it was possible to improve the quality of a very old newspaper photo for a surprise gift. The result was amazing and I cannot praise Simon enough for his expertise, professionalism, friendly and speedy service.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour pretending to help do not let you speak than blaming you and threatening to hang up without any kind of solution. Been chard twice through a wbside they maintain and they denied. I told ( when I was able to speak) I got evidence with details, nothing than denial, blaming me interrupting not letting me speak and saying " I only try to help" and straight away blaming me and telling me I don't speak the truth even tho I can provide evidence. They providing fausl information on there designed website which results in beeing scammed out of money 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. As my account has been charged, without having made a purchase and the denial. I wanted to send him the proof but he did not let me speak more acknowledged the facts SCAMMERS !!!!!!
