I am very satisfied with the service provided by Mr. Ping. He came to my house to fix my leaking toilet bowl and was very experienced and knowledgeable in his work. He quickly identified the problem and repaired it efficiently. What impressed me most was that he also noticed a leaking tap that I had overlooked. He explained the issue clearly, and I decided to replace the tap as well. The work was carried out professionally and to a high standard. Mr. Ping is reliable, honest, and skilled. Plumber Ah ping communicated clearly when we first contacted him via watsapp. He came highly recommended by a co worker. He arrived earlier than promised and was very well equiped with all that was needed for the work including personal fan and light to assist his work . His was fast to get to work and explained clearly the pros and cons of each service/charges. He did not hard sell but rather left us to decide what was best for ourselves. The work took about an hour to change a new hose and valve under the toilet bowl, affixed a bidet holder and change the pipe under the sink , , , all in the communal toilet . After all that, he patched up the holes left by the old bidet holder, cleaned and even dried my toilet floor . He is the first ever plumber whom I have engaged to leave the site dry and sparkling clean. I was so impressed by his work. He truly takes pride in his job and makes sure the place is tidy ,debris cleaned before leaving the site. Oh forgot to mention that his charges are reasonable too for the job so well done! Highly recommend!

We live in a condo (lower unit) and plumbing has been an ongoing issue for us. Last night, I noticed the shower drain starting to clog and immediately told my husband, “it’s happening again.” When we tried flushing the toilet, we heard that worrying bubbling sound. It was already quite late, so we waited about 20 minutes and tried again—the sound stopped, but we were still concerned. By morning, the bubbling sound came back, so we decided to contact Mr Ping from HDB Plumbers, hoping they might have an available slot as we know they are very busy. To our relief, Mr Ping replied quickly and came by on the same day. They were very efficient and managed to resolve the drainage issue thoroughly. He also detected a problem with our toilet flush system and fixed it as well—all in one day. The cleaning after the work was really well done, which we really appreciated. We are very grateful and satisfied with the service. Mr Ping is not only reliable and friendly, but also genuinely a good person. The photos show the actual work process—from the clogged floor drain where the blockage was being cleared using proper equipment, to the toilet being dismantled and checked, including the piping behind. The final photo shows everything reinstalled neatly and clean, with the toilet and drainage back to normal condition. It clearly shows how thorough and professional the work was from start to finish. The results really speak for themselves. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant experience with HDB Plumber SG, Mr Ping and Mr Soon. Have been their customer since 2024. Mr Ping was very patience in explaining what caused the leakage and offered multiple suggestions for me to choose from without hard selling. He was also able to understand and accommodate to my dad's special request for a particular way of installation. Together with Mr Soon, both work efficiently and manage to wrap up the entire water pipe rework earlier than expected. Most importantly, they charge reasonably and no hidden charges.
