My shoe is broken and they willingly without any hesitation go the extra mile using their in-house delivery to deliver my new shoe to me and charge no extra fee despite me insisting several times to pay for their prompt delivery. This is a repeat purchase of caterpillar safety shoe from their online store and I’m a regular patron of their physical stores. Getting here is easy. I took 983 bus from cck interchange and alighted from Choa Chu Kang MKT bus stop at avenue 1. Just a 3min walk there and its a dreamland. From woodworking tools, to your plumbing , painting, lighting, gardening and household needs, and basic bicycle accessories , etc., there is always something you can get. You can even get wood planks and other wood parts. The staffs are friendly too. I will be coming here often to stock up on my tools. However, not all tools in their website can be found here. It is better to contact them beforehand. From the same bustop, you can take 983 bus to bt panjang mrt or even loop back to cck interchange. It is so accessible. There are also alot of food stores surrounding nearby.
Go only if you don't mind the Lucky Plaza type of treatment. What treatment? If you ask questions & did not buy at the end, you deserve that treatment. It is like touring in China, it is your fault if you did not buy if the tour guide sincerely brought you somewhere to do shopping. I wasn't the target of abuse, but I saw & I overheard. So I write to stop the soft abuse and unprofessional retail practice. In chinese it called冷暴力。Usually it is soft, so no hard evidence. Just like you can be vulger without needing to use foul language. Please do not be afraid to ask question, it is your right as consumer. Price is entirely a separate matter.
