The quality of services provided leaves much to be desired. This is how they "stitched together" my final qualifying work. If you don't have the opportunity and the knowledge, it's best not to take the job.

Unfortunately, customer service is completely unsettled. They can't tell us what format we need to bring our work in right away. First, they say it's in PDF, then (after we've already delivered it) they say it needs to be in Corel, and when we do, they suddenly tell us they don't have a newer version and ask us to bring it in version 20 or later. The work dragged on for a very long time, and in the end, we had to change printing companies. It's a shame you don't know how to work with clients and aren't even willing to help under the current circumstances.

The staff always delivers high-quality work, is attentive, and always on time, with a personalized approach to every situation. The staff is unprofessional. Not only do they not greet you when you enter, but you have to stand there waiting for an employee to finish the conversation over the phone. They can't really explain what your order will look like, and their entire demeanor and behavior demonstrate how little they care about you, your order, or your time. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend it! If you're looking for professional service, this is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!
