Unfortunately, I've only had bad experiences. I contacted this company to set up a Magento store. We agreed to meet up, but my contact person was over 20 minutes late. I was met in what looked like the cafeteria. I did have a good conversation with my contact (sales manager, perhaps). Finally, I agreed they would do their best to prepare a quote that week, or at the latest the following week. Then, three weeks later, without any communication, they sent a short email saying they had taken on projects in the meantime and didn't have time for us. All in all, I got a very negative impression.
