A very pleasant showroom experience. The atmosphere is calm and the layout easy to navigate — even with renovations underway. Ria was wonderful: she walked us through the options, supported us throughout our visit, and then went above and beyond after we left — following up via chat to help us choose the right items, flagging pieces on sale, and sharing tips on the loyalty program and third-party platforms. Genuinely exceptional service.

I had an amazing experience at The Water Studio - as most will agree deciding your bathroom needs looks simple but the reality is the exact opposite! Yet Eve from The Water Studio made it a really simple and enjoyable experience. Eve was extremely knowledgeable on the range of products and options across Axor (oh you should see the range of finishes!) and Hansgrohe, was so patient in hearing our habits, needs and aesthetic preference, and helped us to build clarity towards our final choices. Eve prepared our first quote in minutes with all the details, from the product specs to pics and finishing options and that transparency helped me review my intended and final decision.
