One of the nicest restaurant I have visited in Singapore. This place is historically so important also. Like it's location and environment. Service was very smart but giving 4* for the table size. When you visit an expensive restaurant then you must expecting a big table and more comfortable chairs. The food was nice. But expecting to be nicest.
We booked a same-day lunch at the café and had a great experience. Rachel was very friendly and welcoming. We ordered the pork chop and salmon, and both were delicious. The prices were reasonable too. We thought guests could only dine on the first floor, but Rachel invited us to the Aviators Lounge on the third floor, which was cozy and had a lovely ambiance. Highly recommended!
The airplane and helicopter theme drew me to this location, but the food exceeded my expectations. The mentaiko pasta stood out with its rich, creamy texture and bold flavors, comparable to the finest I've experienced in Singapore and Japan, paired with succulent grilled prawns. The chicken schnitzel was outstanding, boasting a substantial, tender, and crispy cutlet served with flavorful buttered corn. While the truffle fries would benefit from a stronger truffle flavor, the generous sprinkling of parmesan cheese was a delightful touch. Free parking added to the overall appeal.
An unique dining place which is quiet enough for conversations. Love the view of the hangar. Food is nice. The grilled salmon and baby ribs are worth a try. You would need a car to come here and there is free parking within the premise.
The ambiance is inviting, and the food is delicious and flavorful. If you’re an aviation enthusiast, this restaurant is definitely worth visiting. The staff are approachable and friendly, and Staff Cyrille was especially professional and attentive in handling guests.
