I recently had the pleasure of working with this agency, and their service was outstanding. Their personalized approach has helped me achieve positive results in my business. I'm truly very satisfied with their attention to detail. Highly recommended.
This is the first time I've written a bad review, as I don't like to negatively impact businesses. However, due to the poor service we received from Hangar Agency, the website they created for us has had numerous problems. We've been trying to contact the owner (Yair) for weeks for assistance, but he's no longer responding to our messages. When we hired them, they promised to deliver the website in three weeks, but it was finally delivered more than three months later. It's also important to mention that they offer different packages, but it wasn't until we paid the deposit that they told us we had to pay for the template in addition to the price quoted. I'm truly disappointed with the agency because we trusted them to carry out this important project for us—our business website. We wanted to offer a site where guests could easily book, but instead, we received a website that takes forever to load, has had many errors, and worst of all, it doesn't allow us to make reservations. Since it's a lodging website, this is understandable, and we told the agency from the beginning that it was essential for guests to be able to book through the site. I hope the owner takes responsibility for the work they did and resolves our problem or refunds part of our money, given the work and service we received.
