I called Handy Man Top Services for the loose door lock problem. DK came in about an hour. He found out that one part was missing, but he managed to do some modification and successfully tightened the loose door lock, so we didn't have to replace the whole lock. Monday 11pm I got electrical problem Did’t know what to do and I search in Google and was rejected by 1 company. And Found this company online and whatsapp them. Was delighted to get a prompt quoute He was very prompt and professional, arriving within 20 min and proceeded to assess our problem. After the initial assessment he was able to provide recommendations on what needed to be done and provided a quote for the service before proceeding. After sorting out our issues, he was very patient and explained to us what was done and even waited for us to check all the switch and power points At the end , also took the time to show me and I how to do a circuit break reset in the event a similar situation happens again.
