I had a great experience with Handyman King Singapore Pte Ltd and their locksmith team — Shahin, Parves, and Shafic. My digital lock's mechanism had some issue and i could unlock to get into my house with 2 kids waiting. Called several locksmith, some didnt pick, some was slow in response. They were the most responsive company I contacted and also offered the best price. After confirmation, the team arrived within just 30 minutes, which was really impressive. The job turned out to be much more challenging than expected — out of 5 mortise locks, only 2 could be unlocked normally. Despite this, the team patiently worked for about 2 hours to remove the remaining locks and ensured that our door would be in good condition. What really stood out was that they didn’t charge any extra despite the additional time and effort required. On top of that, they even helped fix a part of my door that was damaged during the lock removal process — going the extra mile without being asked. Overall, excellent customer service, very experienced and friendly locksmiths, and great pricing. Highly recommended if you need reliable and honest locksmith services!

The 2 handyman that came were very good and the fast. Did a great job and I am very happy! They also managed to slot in an appt for me on the same day I contacted them Will definitely call them for future jobs and recommended them to my friends and relatives

I asked to get two of my bifold doors lock replaced, one of it was changed both sides, which is the entire lock that consists of the hook and the opening. However, another door they only replace like half of the lock, they only change the opening, not the hook??! And my old aged mom was alone at home when their guy came to do, so she didn’t really quite understand what was really being done/explained by their guy. And in less than a month’s time. The old and wear out lock that the guy didn’t change spoiled zzz and now when I enquire again to change the lock and question them why their guy only change half the lock and not the entire lock, they didn’t even bother to explain to me why and is charging me for an entire lock due to their overlook mistake??? Which is also fine too, because I was already planning to pay zzz But because my mom was sleeping, she missed the appointments twice because I was at work!!! Despite my constant reminder & when I proceed to book the 3rd appt again, they tell me don’t want to anymore. Idk what kind of after sales servjce is this. Do see attached conversation for details. They could had just told me to pay for their wasted trip and I’ll just pay. And not just tell me you’re not coming. what lousy service is this??? At the same time, they obviously purposely change half the lock so that when spoil I can call you come change again so you can earn more money. And cheat consumer’s money zzz so black hearted!! Never patronise their service!!!
