Handyman Home Services led by Denis is a professional and responsive company. As a property manager, I was able to rely on Denis to come to my rental home on short notice and perform a range of different repairs and services in order to get the home 'rent-ready' for my new tenants. Flooring replacement, appliance removal and installation, drywall repair, drywall finishing, painting, toilet removal and replacement were all no problem for him. He handled the work quickly and the quality was excellent. I highly recommend Denis for residential home services!!

I have had my fair share of home repair nightmares with other companies & consequently I have put off multiple home repair projects because I was done being overcharged & underwhelmed with the end result. I read so many reviews before reaching out & I'm sorry I waited so long. Dealing with Denis was wonderful from start to finish. I was in need of having a screen door replaced & he answered the list of questions I had and gave a fair quote by phone. He was quick to schedule my repair & showed up on time with a reminder text prior (which I value as I am a very forgetful person). He arrived & got straight to work & even cleaned up after himself. His pricing was fair & he originally thought I may need some additional materials that I didn't pre purchase but ultimately did not need - he absolutely could have told me he did need them & charge me & I would have been none the wiser but he was honest & that's not a common thing anymore. I will definitely use him again for my future home repair projects. *editing to add I've utilized Denis' services 3x now & each time he has been punctual, fair pricing & most importantly- quality work. I texted Denis last night at 930 pm for an emergency issue & less than 24 hours later the job is done! It is such a relief to have 1 go-to person for all of your home repair needs.

HandyMan Home Services were amazing. Spoke to Denis and he was fixing a laminate wood floor for me that was suppose to be simple job but turned into a little project. At end of day the job was completed and a success. The communication with them is amazing via phone and text as well as the value of the repair. Highly recommend for any type of job that you need done. I already told them when the spring breaks and need help with new property they are the first I will call if I can't do it. I use Handyman Home Services on several occasions. Dennis, the owner, is an excellent resource for any project large or small. For example, I needed my detached wooden garage painted. He and his crew did an amazing job in record time and no mess around the yard. Another example, I have an older home from the 1930s and the cellar has small rooms off the main space, Dennis again did an excellent job and placed a bi fold door and trimmed it up with ease.
