Found this sweet little spot along Route 88 and absolutely loved it. We had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful owners, Jody and Nancy, who were incredibly warm and welcoming. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the whole experience was such a treat. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re traveling through the area!
I found Ham's Station which was a roadside cafe out in the middle of nowhere. The positive reviews turned out to be more than justified with incredibly filling and satisfying burgers and soups. The difference between burgers from a real restaurant kitchen and a chain restaurant is not to be underestimated. I loved the authentic country atmosphere and friendly staff.
Dinner Big bowl of stew, crispy thick onion rings, sampler salad with yummy seasoned meats jalapeño puffer a crispy bun … Breakfast Enjoyed chicken fried steak with the most amazing gravy while sitting on the deck, looking out over miles, and miles of gorgeous view!
The cutest place! If you are traveling, stop in for a beautiful mountain view and delicious food. Rustic feel.... classic cabin and the staff is welcoming.
It's the best place ever. If you are around, you cannot skip this fantastic place where you can eat the best food ever. The service and atmosphere are excellent, literally like at home. Food is world top class, no matter what you take you will be nicely surprised. When I am around, I always come and eat as I cannot resist this place. At the top of everything, that place is located on the edge of the mountains and while you eat outside you can enjoy beautiful views.
