Engaged Hai Khim Engineering Pte Ltd to install a Tesla EV charger, and overall it turned out to be a very positive experience. Initially, there were a few hiccups and coordination issues between Tesla, the installers, and myself regarding installation at my commercial property. To be fair, the team came down for a proper site visit, took the time to explain clearly why installation there was not feasible, and did not simply push through something unsafe or impractical. A few weeks later, I arranged for installation at my home instead. The team came for another site visit, scheduled the installation about a month later, and everything went very smoothly from there. They were punctual (arrived exactly on time as promised), took a few hours to complete the installation and commissioning properly, and the workmanship was done neatly and professionally. Communication throughout was also very good via WhatsApp and email, and they guided me step-by-step on the LTA registration process for the charger as well. Overall, very satisfied with the experience. If I ever need another EV charger installation in future, I would definitely consider engaging them again.
