Bad business and web designers! I requested their services and email my pdf 's documents on Dropbox, Grupo Guru copy paste my pdf documents without providing me any design ideas-AWFUL STAFF-, I had no respect as a customer. The manager is fake and he delay to respond my inquiries. If you are looking for a cheap place for webdesign in Tijuana, look into another place, this business sucks and is a scam! He also kept half of the money I paid in advance and they never finished my web page and never return my phone calls. Now I paid a new independent web designer and I lost money and time. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!
Extremely unprofessional marketing company. The owner “Rafael” charged a little less than $2,000 for his work only to disappear 3 weeks in to the project and never answered phone calls, missed conference calls and did not answer emails. He would throw everything on his team and no creative director to give instructions. I will be filing a law suit against them for negligence and not delivering the work they were hired and paid to do. In addition, my attorney will be submitting the case to Profeco, which is a consumer protection agency. BEWARE for further clarification, please google my info and feel free to contact me.
