I invested in the Boulevard Point project in Batumi—and I deeply regret that decision. The project was delayed by almost two years, and despite a penalty clause in my contract, I personally did not receive any compensation. The real problem, in my experience, began during the title transfer stage. I was presented with new clauses, usage restrictions, and additional costs that were not part of my pre-sale contract, and I was told that accepting these conditions was required in order to complete the title transfer. For example, while my pre-sale agreement did not include usage restrictions, I was later informed that my use of the property would be limited to around two months per year. Additionally, although the apartment was sold as fully furnished, I was asked to pay extra fees for certain items by the management company. Despite fulfilling all my obligations, these last-minute changes caused financial loss for me and seriously affected my trust. Looking back today, given the difference I experienced between the pre-sale stage and the final stage, I would never have made this investment.
