Guerilla Staffing Solutions

We had been searching for a suitable virtual assistant for a couple months within Australia for our small business. We struggled with virtual assistant businesses not getting back to us, or waiting a week for a response, we were provided with time frames for support but they never happened. We decided to give Guerilla Staffing Solutions a go, and from day one we have been supported with timely responses. We were apprehensive about trying a virtual assistant from another country but Guerilla made it easy. We were introduced to the Accounts Manager Pete to get the process started. Once we were ready to interview we started liaising with Rod, interviewing over the net was daunting but so long as you have your questions prepared it is easy once you get into it. We decided to employ Colene as our Admin Assistant. She provides our business with part time support, 2.5 days a week. She has great English, communication skills, as well as all the other administration skills and experience that we require. I am very confident in her abilities and on learning new skills. Guerilla has a physical workplace for staff to work with individual work stations. Their inhouse IT support Christian set up our virtual assistant's computer for our business needs and assisted with creating a VOIP line. We have had such a positive experience from Guerilla Staffing Solutions, they have increased our ability to function effectively as a business. Thank you
