Huge building. Ton of offices, most have great view. Messy parking. Horrible parking lot looks like a cave. Difficult to find anything because of the intricate construction
An architectural wonder if yesteryear, and a Chacao landmark, with many good services and offices, it has suffered from a lack of maintenance in common areas (the parking lots, the cheapest in the area, are dismal). Be careful on their staircases! It is, however, a great thoroughfare between the Francisco Miranda Avenue and the Sambil Mall.
The worst parking lot is here. 45 minutes to pay the parking ticket . Don't waste your time and go to another place.
Great shipping for carcas. Lots of stores with reasonable prices. Definitely great food.
