Green Tech service is excellent. Their tech was very polite and quite knowledgeable. He gave me regular updates as some repairs took some additional work and took some time. But the work was completed to my complete satisfaction. Also their rates are reasonable too. Great service at a great price! I would highly recommend Green Tech for any plumbing work in the Chicago area.
The team at Green Tech is amazing! My wife and I bought a place that needed a lot of TLC, and along with needing a new water heater, we were having some major issues with the 100ish year old sewer line and a nasty smell in the house. The guys were able to fix the sewer line, replace the water heater, and find and fix the source of the smell (a break in the soil stack between the first and second floor). So grateful for all of their hard work and for keeping the costs way lower than anyone else we talked to!!
Recently had some piping changed out in our bathroom after we had water damage due to a clog and decided to install a new tub while things were getting repaired. Everyone we worked with was great. Scheduling was prompt and easy after the initial inquiry and estimates were very fair with a couple options at different price points. Everything was straightforward and reasonable. When it came time to do the work, Declan and Nick were on time and we are happy with the work that was done. Definitely will be calling here again for any future plumbing needs.
We had a few miscellaneous repairs needed and Green Tech did a great job. Tim was thorough, efficient, and friendly. He focused on what needed to be done and didn't attempt to sell or provide services we didn't need, which we really appreciate. I'll be calling them again when the next issue comes up.
I was extremely impressed with my recent first-time experience using Green Tech Plumbing. I worked separately with Bill, Jarrod, Declan, and Tim, all of whom were punctual, friendly, and provided honest feedback and did a great job. As a female home owner, I often dread home repairs that require a technician since I am frequently met with exaggerated estimates along with aggressive attempts to upsell maintenance service programs. Fortunately, this was not the case with Green Tech Plumbing. They performed the necessary work at a fair price and were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend their services and intend to make Green Tech Plumbing my go-to plumber for any future needs.
