Scott has been our technician for many years, and we truly couldn’t ask for better service. He is consistently professional, friendly, and dependable. His communication is excellent, he always shows up on time, and he takes the time to make sure everything is done right. We’ve built a great level of trust with him over the years, and that means a lot to us especially with all the recent changes happening after the company was purchased. We sincerely hope Scott remains our technician, as he has been a huge part of why we’ve stayed loyal customers for so long.
Green Mango has been great to work with and consistently does a fine job. I especially want to highlight Ian, recently assigned as the Pest Control Technician covering my property. He was extremely thorough, systematic, and friendly. He was appropriately communicative and he did an outstanding job.
We have had issues with some aggressive bees at our house recently, they’ve stung my dog, my husband and nearly my one year old. I called Green Mango for a free inspection and they sent out Jacob. He was friendly, professional and helpful - he checked my house from attic to ground, from the front to the back and we found the hive on a neighbors house! I've been with Green Mango for about 6 years. Always good service. I would like to add that you have a really amazing young man working for you. Caleb goes the extra mile to let me know he's on his way (I have a little dog) and then is courteous, knowledgeable, and quick but thorough with the treatment (s). You have a great employee in Caleb, and I hope you understand just how rare that is.
