Had service for awhile with this co. All good up until different techs started servicing my home. On the last service, I spoke with the tech who arrived- so he would be in the know to problem areas . A very young guy. He reassured he would get all the areas. I watched as he did some work but then went to his truck, sat in there for about 10 minutes, THEN sent text saying he was done and left. Something didn't sit right so I went outside and found indications of a spray here and there. West side of home not sprayed at all. Their tech did the worse treatment I've seen. Called office to advise. They offered to come back. I declined because as I explained to owner, I should not have to babysit their employees and then pay a fee as well. Tried to send pics but they said they couldn't receive photos . ??? Seemed to me they didn't want to see the proof of a dishonest tech... Anyway, I'm done with them , just wanted to get this review out to you all
Green Magic Pest Control has by far been the best pest company I've ever worked with. My husband and I love our tech Branton, who is extremely attentive, thorough, and always a pleasure to work with. He has an amazing attitude and is very informational while doing his sprays and walkthroughs. I am forever grateful to have found Green Magic and will never switch. Thank you all so much for everything you do! Keep up the amazing work! :)
We started using Green Magic Pest Control a few months ago and this is the first time in 8 years that we haven't had swarms of ants in our house for me to battle daily. It's so nice to wake up to a bug free home and no bug spray odors. Our technician Branton is so fast and friendly and is always on the lookout for hidden spiders and spiderwebs. I highly recommend this company!
