Ryan my technician was amazing, very knowledgeable, thorough, and just an amazing technician/person! Treatment was thorough and great! I highly recommend Ryan and the company to treat your home! Megan was very helpful and wonderful to work with! Charles took my phone call at 545 AM and scheduled me for service the same day! I could not be more pleased with their service. Again, Ryan went above and beyond! I definitely recommend them for anyone dealing with rodents!
Friendly, polite, very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Took time to explain everything . Im very satisfied with the work he has done and confident it will solve the problems. I look forward to no critters. It did cost more than I had hoped but considering the work that was done, I think its reasonable.
Good for monthly service. Not good for termite control. We paid them for termite treatment and the creatures kept returning. Their rep would return after the four months lag they required. Again-temites. Again-four months. After a year termites continued. I called a different company that uses a thermal imaging device that spots the termite heat signature. I saw an area not treated by Green Home. That was 6 months ago and no termite return.
The technician was great, but the company way overcharged me for screening up several holes in my garage to keep rodents out. When they originally quoted the price, I expected it to be a fairly big job. It took less than an hour! I was totally ripped off.
Mike was so nice to work with! Helpful and very knowledgeable about the rodents I was battling. Very thankful for Mike! Plus they were available the next day to set traps.
