These guys helped us build our first website (and our only website so far) and they definitely did an amazing job! We interviewed 10+ website development companies and eventually we decided that we're gonna work with them. Turned out it's one of the best decisions we've made. Their work ethic and professional skills means A LOT for any companies. 1. They really listened to us before they brought up any suggestions; 2. They explained to us (though we are not professionals) why we need or we don't need a function; 3. When there's emergencies (after the site's launched), for example, I accidentally deleted several sections from the back end, Colloque from Grayscale got it fixed in few minutes. And that happened on a Friday night; 4. Grayscale does strong design work. All our official brochures are designed by them and our customers find those useful; 5. Meetings with programmers and designers can be headaches sometime but it never happens with Grayscale. We love having meetings with them 'cause we can always make progresses (and you can't miss their coffee;) .

Yanny, the business manager, spent almost an hour on the phone to go over our website plan and offered many constructive comments. This really contrasts with other company which usually only send you back a quotation without any contacts. Throughout the project stage, Grayscale showed that they really wanted our website to be good. I particularly appreciate that they did not shy away from advising against their clients' demand sometimes. Some firms just agree with everything the client wants, even if they do not think it will turn out to be good. But not Grayscale. They will intervene by providing well-reasoned feedbacks and advise alternative solutions. If you are looking to build a good website, Grayscale is the one to do it.
