After YEARS of hiring and firing website designers (I learned that EVERYONE designs websites whether qualified or not), I stumbled across GraphiKitchen. I invested considerable time looking at their work and setting up phone meetings to determine if they would be the right fit for what we've been trying to accomplish for many years. Thus far, John at GraphiKitchen has exceeded our expectations. He's a man of his word and went beyond what he said he would do for the creation and management of our website. The old saying is that it only costs a little bit more to go first class - However, that isn't the best quote to use here as his fees align with what one should expect with the level of care and professionalism GraphiKitchen exhibits.

I give Graphikitchen my highest recommendation. John is a pleasure to work with. His process is thorough and the results speak for themselves. After talking to several competitors, I hired John to update the logo and the overall visual feel of my organization, the National Archive of Criminal Justice Data. We had a pretty good idea about the direction. However, I was stunned when John came back with six (6!) great proposals, all of which captured what we were looking for. We had hard time picking the right one. We eventually did and the feedback from our customers has been outstanding. Since this experience, I have recommended Graphikitchen to two other organizations. In both cases, he won the job and produced impressive results. I consider myself hard to please, so it is rare for me to give such an enthusiastic and unqualified recommendation.

I can highly recommend John Gouin and Graphikitchen for website creation and support. He and his team are technically savvy and responsive to our requirements which has allowed our project to progress without a hitch and according to schedule. John is also a kind and patient mentor and I look forward to an ongoing relationship of web maintenance and future projects.

He does a great job of listening to your needs and translating your vision into a website that perfectly represents the character, energy, and culture of your business. It's also a tremendous relief to know that he's behind the scenes keeping the site running smoothly with all the necessary updates every month. Highly recommend!
