I worked with this printing company a few years ago, but I stopped because they repeatedly made mistakes with my orders. Recently, I decided to give them another chance, as they were recommended by the Mexican Navy for boat registrations. Unfortunately, the experience was the same as before. Their customer service is ineffective: the people taking orders don't make sure they understand the request correctly, nor do they offer advice on the appropriate products or materials. In my case, they relied solely on a sample image without verifying the actual registration number, which I had shared initially. This resulted in an error in the final product. Even though the mistake wasn't entirely mine, the only solution they offered was to make me pay for the entire job again. This kind of behavior demonstrates a lack of commitment and little interest in customer satisfaction. I don't recommend their service, as I believe there are many companies that provide better service. I think a company with a long track record should have better quality control and offer more responsible support throughout the process.
