bad experience with grafitrix. I wanted to order business cards, so I contacted them via phone call- they picked up naman and told me we could continue our convo on Viber. we talked there and I gave the design I wanted, but after I gave the staff my contact info to be put on the business cards, she stopped replying. I followed up a couple of times, I even called multiple times. I was always told na oo daw gagawin daw. oo daw iccheck daw nila viber nila- BUT THEY NEVER DID. I never got a response. this was in a span of four weeks ha. palagi naman sila online sa viber. it was very uncomfortable leaving my contact info there just hanging in our conversation, so I just unsent it and never contacted them again.

Whenever I need services like theirs, Grafitrix is the only company that I trusted with it comes to branding/logo conceptualization up to printing needs in the past. This is company is realiable, timely in processing, and they only gave you the best and quality services and products! That’s make them highly commendable!

They did our wedding invites and it came out the way we wanted it to be! They even ordered the type of paper/board that I like. I’m pretty sure that when it comes to printouts, Grafitrix is the best in Tagaytay :)

Poor customer service. Taking a long time to respond on your inquiry. I don’t recommend them. Something is wrong with the staff and management
