Does not respond on WhatsApp and keeps passing the buck. It is time my money is refunded, because absolutely nothing has changed and not a single promise has been kept. On February 4, 2022, we transferred an amount of € 1,210.00 to you. As a result, the Domain Rating did not increase at the time. Furthermore, to this day, we have never received an overview of your activities. You promised multiple times to send this overview; why have we never received it? In the meantime, our domain rating is increasing because there is another company that is truly specialized in SEO. You are now going to boast about this yourself, while we know that Sparketing could not meet these requirements. Unfortunately, we know too much about the work involved that you would be better off fooling another company. I have given Sparketing more than 1.5 years to arrange this properly. After that, I gave them some time to resolve the matter with us. It would be to your credit if you admitted that Sparketing is unable to optimize SEO and refunded the amount to our account.
