Mr Kor is an excellent POA teacher who explains concepts clearly and in a way that is way easier to understand as compared to school POA teachers. He is patient, supportive, and always encourages his students to do their best, even his students were not as confident of themselves as much as Mr Kor was for them. Because of his teaching, I became much more confident in POA and more comfortable answering questions. His lessons are engaging and well-structured, and I am very grateful for the guidance and dedication he has shown. To end off, i was a former student of Mr Kor, and before i attended his lessons i was a standard F9 POA student and had zero interest. However after taking on his tutions, my grades were improving bit by bit and by O levels 2024, I got a B3. Hence, highly recommended !

My son was struggling with his Principal of Account. Mr Kor was god-sent during his O level year. My son did very well for his POA, securing his sweet spot in Poly through EAE. According to my son, Mr Kor was a fun, dedicated and helpful teacher. He makes POA never a dull subject. My son is able to grasp the concepts well with Mr Kor's explanations and guidance. This translates to confident to tackle the subject and improved result.

1. my main challenges before tutoring sessions was really just my attitude towards poa, because for me when i truly like a subject i’d be very motivated to study it. however for POA to me it was already a boring subject, dealing with numbers isn’t something i’m most fond of so i already had a negative perception of poa. and even when i tried my best to understand poa, my foundation was weak since in sec 3 i barely paid attention in class and was busy chatting away, i didn’t have a solid foundation and thus when it got to the harder parts like financial statements i often struggled balancing always missing 20k-30k. 2. ⁠I worried most about my poa when N levels were nearing since i still was unstable to balance my financial statements and my theory was really a lost case, i found Mr Kor through my moms friend and when he came he always encouraged me that i’d do better than expected, though i had doubts since i always have been failing, it was rly nice to know that someone believed in me. I told him which areas i didn’t understand and he would curate worksheets for me which targeted those areas, though i grumbled a lot those practices that he made me do, drilled the knowledge into me and i was able to slowly get comfortable with poa 3. ⁠Strategies and techniques that i found helpful was the fact that he would take time and effort to custom make the worksheets and practices for me that targeted my weak spots. He often also laid out the exams format on what they would usually test first. and because he had so much experience and put so much effort into laying it out for me. it brought me a sense of comfort 4. ⁠When i took my poa prelims (though i didn’t do very well i just passed) i realised i could actually understand what the question was asking me, and knew what i actually knew and did not know. even though my theory was still pretty rabak i could answer them unlike before where i would just scribble a random answer. Though i just passed i felt extremely happy since i had always been failing poa. 5. I would reccomend these sessions to others since I felt that Mr Kor had a lot of experience and even if u think u are the worst poa student, he will be able to push out a B3 for you. I obviously doubted at first and thought he was just pitying me and just saying out of politeness that i would get a B3. However as the sessions went on, i slowly gained more confidence since he could explain it clearly to me even repeating them many times so i would remember them. I felt that he is a very genuine person and of course an amazing teacher. He has made poa an enjoyable subject for me and has remarkable teaching skills. He has changed my perception of poa and i now see it as a subject that i enjoy not something i should despise
