From the intial call of me contacting them in order to get a secondary quote after receiving a quote from another electrical company, I was very impressed with their willingness to take on hanging our chandelier in our dining room the very next day, to also guaranteing to beat whatever price was originally quoted to us by the prior company. I was assigned Erik, and he was punctual and came on time at the beginning of the 2 hour window they gave me. He was extremely professional and courtesy from the moment he walked into our home. Meticulous in the way he handled assembling and putting up our chandelier, as well as fully keeping the area he was working in clean and spotless throughout. He also verified everything was to my liking and connected properly before leaving, even though he still had several other locations to visit after. Golden Power Electric, is honest, very polite and welcoming, deliver on what they say, professional throughout entire process. I have several more rooms in our home that are going to need Chandeliers, fans, etc hung up. Golden Power Electric is now my go to company for everything Electric. And im sure all of their employees are incredible, but since I have already dealt with Erik, he is now my go to guy!!!

Erik Chavez was wonderful. He was polite, professional and resourceful. He fixed an issue with a very old electrical system. He walked me through the issues and how he was going to fix them and shared the costs with me along the way for my approval. He was honest and transparent. I would hire him again and again!

I had an EV charger installation done by Golden Power Electric on March 5th. About two and a half months later, I started experiencing issues — my breaker was tripping every time I tried to charge my car. I reached out to Golden Power Electric, and they sent Michael out to take a look. The visit was covered under warranty, which I really appreciated. Michael was incredibly helpful, professional, and thorough. He spent two to three hours diagnosing and fixing the issue. He discovered that the wall charger wiring had not been installed properly — it was so loose that it came right out when he pulled it. He also found that the surge protector hadn't been pushed in correctly, which was likely causing the breaker to trip repeatedly. Michael fixed everything and the charger has been working perfectly since. Big thanks to Michael and the entire Golden Power Electric team. Great service and great warranty support!
