He was surprised that I had a Google Maps account and claimed my problem was that he wanted the registration number for free, which is untrue. The WhatsApp conversation is available and attached; he was the one who requested the registration. Regarding the threat of a negative review, that's also untrue. Everything that happened is documented and recorded. (I told him the review would harm them if I attached the current photos and asked him to correct the issues. He claimed it was dust, even though the rust was from the frame, as everyone can see.) As for the sign being installed in two days, that's also untrue. On the contrary, he told me it would take two days and wasn't installed. There were errors in the hamza (glottal stop), which they corrected. However, it's clear the establishment operates on deception, falsifying facts, and engaging in pointless arguments. I refuse to engage with this approach and hope the management will try to retain their remaining customers. Everything is documented and available to the customer, but unfortunately, the employee continues to justify and contradict himself. Anyway, if a Saudi citizen doesn't have the right to a sticker, as you claim, then who does? 🌹
