Called yesterday after having an uptick in roaches and crickets. Was able to schedule a next-day service and very reasonable ongoing maintenance plan. Great service from Sam today. He arrived right on time and was thorough and clear in his explanation of what would be done both inside the house and in the yard.
I continue to be favorably impressed with the service from GFTK. I get a reply to my request for service usually within 24 hours. My home site service call is almost always scheduled within 24 hours after that. The service technicians always call or text in advance to give me an ETA of their arrival to my home. Jessie was no exception this most recent service call. Like all the folks I have met from GFTK, he is polite, professional, and thorough. I will continue to use their service.
Go-PherTheKill is an awesome local extermination company! I took advantage of their start up promotion for a monthly service subscription and saved lots of $$! Nic came out and did a great job, he was very nice, personable and professional. He reassured me of if I had any issues between services he or someone would be back to help! Great company - they've been servicing our property for years. We live in an area where gophers just come out of nowhere and I just send a note to them and they're out here in a day or two to handle it. They communicate well with simple texts to remind you of an upcoming service as well as when they're en route, which is great as a dog owner. I'd definitely recommend!
