We are incredibly pleased with the work from GNG Plumbing. They were so thorough and found/fixed many problems other plumbers we hired were unable to find. They also were the only company that could come same day as our flood happened. So thankful we called them!

Had an issue with my plumbing. GNG was here in about a hour or so. Fixed the issue and the technician was awesome. He was professional and courteous. Answered all of my questions and concerns. Wonderful experience and great value.

Don't let their professional facade fool you. This company puts on a great "dog-and-pony show" of competence and patience to earn your trust, but the moment you are signed up, the price gouging begins. They even pretend to be overbooked, acting as if they are doing you a massive favor by "squeezing you in" or adjusting their schedule to accommodate you. We paid $300 for their "Deluxe Service," which was marketed as a proactive, comprehensive inspection. Despite this "thorough" check, the system failed within 48 hours in the exact area they were supposed to have serviced When we called them back to address the oversight, the "warranty" they claim to provide was non-existent. Instead, they charged $155/hour (a rate significantly higher than industry standards) and utilized predatory "flat-rate billing blocks." This meant we were billed for 3 hours of labor for a job that took a fraction of that time. When you add their 50-75%+ markup on parts, you realize you are now paying 4x-5x their initial visit price because they have you over a barrel Key reasons to stay away: Failed Inspections: Their "comprehensive" service is a facade. They failed to identify basic issues during a paid maintenance visit, then charged a premium to return and "discover" their own oversight. Predatory Billing: They require your credit card upfront so they can process the invoice immediately. This is a tactic to bypass any billing disputes—they take your money before you even have a chance to contest the unreasonable hours or egregious markups. Zero Integrity from Management: When these failures were brought to their attention, there was zero accountability and no attempt to make it right. They hide behind silly excuses rather than standing behind the quality of their workmanship or promised warranty. Do yourself a favor and find a reliable, honest plumber in the area. There are several of them, and this business unfortunately isn't one of them. Finally, don’t be fooled by their public response to this (and other) reviews; they are experts at explaining away their incompetence and unprofessionalism with corporate-sounding excuses. Don't fall for it — their lack of transparency, accountability and professionalism speak for themselves.
