[A home builder where everyone, from sales staff to architects and site supervisors, puts their all into making home building a joy] It's been about three months since our house was built, and we're amazed at how warm and comfortable it is. We considered about five home builders, but we decided on GL Home because they could build an American-style home, which was our unanimous goal, and because of the sales representative's kind words, "Let's build a home that's fun to spend time in with our children." Deciding on the floor plan and wallpaper was quite a difficult and time-consuming process, but they insisted on creating a design and home that we were satisfied with, and we consulted with the architect repeatedly, providing us with 3D image drawings. Thanks to the architect, we were able to create the perfect home to our exacting standards. Once construction began, the site supervisor kept us updated on the progress and status. After the framing was completed, we experienced the heaviest rainfall ever, and they quickly covered the entire framing with tarpaulins. They came by every day, even in the scorching heat, to check on things, so I felt completely at ease and in good hands. I also got to meet the president in person. I wanted everyone to enjoy the after-sales events after their home was built, so I participated in their annual New Year's photo shoot and YouTube events where we could win amazing prizes! I was also thrilled to receive original GL Home merchandise! The original merchandise had an American design. I loved everything I received and have them displayed in my new home.♡ It was such a wonderful meeting that I almost wondered if I'd ever be able to come back for another consultation.☆ I'm truly glad I was able to make a lifelong purchase with GL Home.

They carefully posted photos during construction, so we could see the daily work process and feel reassured that they were doing a good job. GL Home also personally showed us the structure and insulation of the foundation, which was reassuring. If there was anything we were concerned about, they rushed to our aid immediately, and even moved the latticework for the exterior construction work. They are a very considerate and trustworthy construction company!

The house is high quality and high performance and I am very satisfied. The sales representative, designer and construction staff were all very personable and all of our wishes were fulfilled in this final home.

We built our house with GL Home, and it's great because the kids can play to their heart's content, have barbecues with friends, and the adults can have fun too. Building a house is a big decision financially, and I agonized over which construction company to use and even looked up reviews, but the sales staff were so friendly and willing to talk about anything, and the designers were so forthcoming, explaining what they could do and what not, and making suggestions to get us as close to our ideal as possible, that I decided I wanted to build with them. They also provide solid after-sales service once you've actually moved in. A friend who bought a pre-built house told me that if it was possible to build at that price, they should have ordered a custom-built home. I'm so happy that we were able to build the house of our dreams!
