GIO is my companies IT firm. We are upgrading our POS platform and needed GIO assistance setting up firewall and security protocols. I had physically set up the computers for GIO to do their part. Bryan was the tech assigned to this. He was very patient with me during the process since I had set up something’s incorrectly.
