We visited the store to purchase our wedding rings. The variety of designs was extensive, and the concierge provided detailed suggestions, allowing us to carefully consider our options together, which was very enjoyable. We had already decided on a few design candidates beforehand, but there were so many other beautiful designs that it was hard to choose! The rings were very comfortable and easy to wear, which meant we were able to go down one ring size, which was a pleasant surprise. The after-sales service is excellent, and the fact that they have stores nationwide gives us peace of mind. The concierges provided us with incredibly attentive service, making it a wonderful experience. There was another couple in the store, but we were seated back-to-back and at a distance from each other, presumably to avoid overhearing each other's conversations, which showed great consideration. I ended up staying for nearly four hours, but I was impressed by the relaxed atmosphere I was treated to throughout. Although I was a man alone, the staff's explanations and service were very polite, and I felt comfortable discussing my options. They explained things clearly even though I had no prior knowledge, there was no pressure to buy anything, and their suggestions respected my wishes, which I appreciated. They also listened attentively to my requests regarding a surprise, and I am very satisfied.
